Well, Mini Moog shouldn't be too much of a problem since it's pretty simple at only 3 VCOs (which are sine oscillators in layman's terms)
You then just mix those down and pipe that through a chain of (I assume) resonance filters and envelopes (which just manipulate the amplitude/volume and filters).
You can do the same in Buzzmachines or Reaktor. Reaktor being actually the most wasteful of processing, like anything NI made post Pro-53 and early FM7.
There's also a few modular synthesis packages which were destined for old school Windows which I tried, they're generally quite efficient. Of course I dunno how they play on modern Windows, I still use 98SE for Windows audio editing etc.
