Sorry, should've been a bit clearer;
"P45 for IT lacky" is British slang for "sack/fire whoever's dealing with the I.T." :D
Their domain needs re-configuring, I assume it has lost it's settings somewhere down the line. Maybe bad web hosters. "Server was in the living room, we were having a party and some dude kicked the power button accidentally whilst dancing and the backup disc was used as a drinks coaster"?
